The local brand awareness is growing and applying a “mechanical” growth by developing the distribution no longer works. Today fashion business newbies totally need to get a better understanding of branding and fashion.
And as a fashion brand, this is something you definitely need to consider when selling to the Chinese market: customers from large cities such as Shanghai and Beijing have a very good knowledge of fashion brands and are excellent at assessing the quality of a product.
